144 CALL TO ACTION
A CALL TO ACTION
The CACOON is seeking to form multiple groups of 144 change makers in local cities who eventually will become a global collective of 144,000 individuals, joining together to co-create a new economic system.
By co-operating with others, these groups of 144 Foundational Members will be the first to take action to collectively solve local and global problems and create a template that will facilitate a “Transformation” of our Economy.
A CASE FOR TRANSFORMATION
Our social, ecological and economic systems are outdated and need transformation. We have systemic problems in our world, including poverty, disease and pollution. Our governments, private and social sectors have not been able to solve these problems.
Lack of Cooperation
We have an economic system that has sought to solve these problems through competition rather than cooperation. Despite their efforts, the current system of capitalism and government programs are not improving the situation.
Sense of Urgency
The question then arises, “How do we, as a planet, quickly solve all of these issues simultaneously?” At the current rate of decline, we no longer have the luxury of unlimited time to solve the world’s most pressing issues.
THE INTERNET OF THINGS
“YOU NEVER CHANGE THINGS BY FIGHTING THE EXISTING REALITY. TO CHANGE SOMETHING, BUILD A NEW MODEL THAT MAKES THE EXISTING MODEL OBSOLETE” -BUCKMINSTER FULLER
With emerging technology, a A new integrated society is coming into view. Our global community will soon be interconnected by physical objects that are embedded with electronics, software, and sensors, this is now being called the Internet of Things.
Will corporations and old government institutions continue to dominate and use your data for profit? Or will individuals realize that they have the true power and begin to manage and control how their information and data is shared and transform this into wealth for themselves, their families and their local communities.
A VISION OF BLUE VOICE ENTERPRISES
MICHKAEL BAKER, founder of Blue Voice Enterprises, has spent over 20 years in research to develop new and integrative social systems, technologies, and businesses that will support individuals, communities, and local governments through the exciting disruptions that are now taking place in our economic, ecological and cultural systems.
In the new and emerging economic system individuals and local communities are able to connect to real time data, resources and information to self govern their lives while maintaining an unprecedented balance of what is needed for the sustainability and self empowerment of other local, regional , national and global communities.
In this New Economy:
Your Data will remain Private
In this new world of interconnectivity, the Number One priority will be the privacy, autonomy and trust of individuals and their data.
You will Own Your Data
Personal data and information will be stored and controlled by individuals rather than on centralized corporate web servers. Individuals will decide how they choose to allow their personal data and information to be used to create wealth.
YOU WILL GOVERN YOURSELVES
In this new era of decentralization, personal empowerment and cooperation will allow individuals and communities the ability to collaborate and solve local and global problems that improve their quality of life.
In this environment Individuals will understand how their personal data and information is used to create wealth and in this knowledge individuals and communities will have the ability to collaborate and solve local and global problems that improve their quality of life.

THE CROWD LEADING PLATFORM
The CACOON is a nurturing and healing space where individuals come together and learn to be conscious co-creators.
As a community development platform CACOON educates and trains individuals to exchange and utilize their resources within the emerging new economy.
As a collaborative network the CACOON connects you to like minded individuals who share complementary skills and talents and resources.
Once the connections are made members form networks of cooperative communities that support the development and funding of new businesses, social systems and technologies that benefit humanity.
The primary aim of CACOON is to assist, connect, inspire and empower communities to become self sufficient and abundant.
The platform matches local communities to innovators and entrepreneurs to develop new technologies, businesses and social systems in their cities.
The CACOON is co navigated by BLUE a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. BLUE acts as your personal guide by gathering information about your collective ideas, desires, concerns and aspirations to empower you in choosing the most exciting possibilities that represent your Abundance.
BLUE supports individuals and communities to navigate in the new economy by:

- Mentoring members by assisting them in scheduling, budgeting and suggesting educational and community resources that support their projects and personal goals
CROWD SOURCING INNOVATION
CACOON provides a creative community funding mechanism for its members.
The resources contributed are used to fund sustainable businesses, technologies and social systems such as new schools, affordable housing , food , water and renewable energy programs.
THE COMMUNITY BUILD PROGRAM
Developing The Creative Action Centers
The CACOON collects data on what is needed in local and global communities from its members who participate in their local community building program.
The collective data is then shared with CACOON members, non- profits, foundations, investors and local communities.
This information is then used to develop and fund new businesses, technologies and social systems.
Members form communities and receive resources from the Community Building Program to support the development of a Creative Action Center in their local community.
To utilize the community programs within the network members collaborate within four types of communities.
Pods 3 to12 members
Groups 12 to 44 members
Clusters 44 to 144 members
Cooperative Community 288-144,000 members

Open Source Entrepreneurship
Open Source Distributed Manufacturing

Community Credit Points
Each time a member joins one of the seven Action Centers and participates in community building programs they receive community contribution points called Community Credits.
These Community Credits are earned by an individual’s participation in CACOONs community building programs such as attending workshops, community development courses, volunteering and developing new start-up businesses that benefit a local community.
The Community Credits can be used to supplement the purchase and exchange of products and services, plus the development of impact businesses and community projects with the Creative Action Centers.
HOW IT WORKS
- Members choose projects they want to develop and/or support
- Projects are categorized by appropriate Creative Action Centers
- Members are matched to projects and communities who share complementary skills, talents, and resources to collectively develop projects.
- Innovators and local communities collaborate in Open Innovation sessions (Community building and Collaboration Sessions), co-creating new businesses, technologies and social systems in their community.
- All previous innovations that have been developed are analyzed for their usefulness in improving and/or are modified so that they complement their use for that specific community.
- CACOON members are matched to other members’ projects to fund them.
- Resources are shared and exchanged by local communities to fund and build a community project
- Resources are distributed based on the data collected from the online operating system
- Currency, and Community Credits points; product, services and volunteer supports are then allocated to each community project for its development
- Once these projects are funded the infrastructure and systems are then developed
Once communities complete the three month Community Build Program each project is then broadcast to communities within The CACOON for funding and support. The CACOON’s funding mechanism allows resources to be distributed to members to support the development of Co Working and Co living spaces. These nurturing and healing spaces provide the environment for change makers , thought leaders, entrepreneurs and local communities to come together and collaborate in co creating new social systems , businesses and technologies that self empower local and global communities.
